Also, take deep breaths through your nose and out your mouth as comfortably as you can. Dive deep into your innermost reality.

Again, the goal is to take care of your health and well-being in every attribute of your livelihood. Even though most researchers argue that daily meditation is best for long-term benefits, only do what works for you and makes you the happiest. Customize meditation to your liking to avoid the risk of burning out or not fueling enough. Find your happy medium!
Don’t rush the process; just know that you are on the right track and the process is unfolding perfectly in your favor. As a buddhist, I try my very best to practice meditation daily but as we all know life gets in the way and I sometimes forget to meditate. I love Vipassana, by the way. I agree that Rome isn’t built in the day, there is also no right or wrong in meditation either so we just gonna have just to do it and take it one day at a time
