Don’t stop believing in a happier, healthier, more awesome life.
Don’t we all love that song from Journey’s, “Don’t stop believing“? I am pretty sure it’s something we can all relate to on some levels. Maybe, maybe not. Nonetheless, it is a testament to making it through the obstacles of life. The sweet victory of emerging from each situation stronger, better, and greater. So, even if it feels like nothing will ever improve, it will. Thus, don’t stop believing in a happier, healthier, more awesome life. Without a doubt, all of this is easier said than done. Sometimes it can be difficult to get out of bed. Other times we feel guilty for letting ourselves go. Yet, we are the mountain. We are the mountain even in the hour of our valley times.
Moreover, dusk is the darkest before dawn. In other words, things are usually at their worst before they indeed get better.
It’s not that life is trying to break us. Quite the contrary, our most trying circumstances are the greatest breakthroughs in disguise. Yet, the effectiveness of this depends upon the power of belief. As stated here, we master the power to change our lives from the inside out.
However, we tend to forget just how much power we have. As a result, we over-identify with what it means to feel powerless, out of control, and painstakingly destitute. Despite this, our true nature couldn’t be any further from the truth.
Still, this doesn’t change how our beliefs, old programs running in the background, dictate our lives and manifest unfortunate circumstances, unforeseen events, and unprecedented tragedies.
Because of this, it is vital to update our belief system(s) with healthier, happier, more helpful ideologies.
Meanwhile, know that even if there is no comprehensible way out of the fires in our soul, there is still hope. The life of our dreams is not out of reach. It is still possible, if not probable, to improve every day in every way. Yet, the power of belief predetermines whether we see our lives manifest in the same way.
There is a certain understated magic in the following words: doing the same thing and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.
Accordingly, it is vital to develop habits that shape our beliefs for the betterment of our health. Meditate. Journal. Take forest baths (enjoy nature). Sun gaze. Eat healthier. Watch inspirational, educational content. Associate with positive people.
The bundle of possibilities is endless and thus waiting to be explored. We’ve just gotta open our hearts and minds to experiment. To clarify, one must undergo an experiment of trial and error. Therefore, it will become clear what works, what doesn’t work, and what could eventually work.
Don’t Stop Believing in Accountability’s Token
As such, we must take accountability for the direction of our lives. By the same token, removing the blame game entirely is what’s in our best interest. Also, everything in our reality exists on a spectrum.
Not necessarily one or another but a mixture of both, equally and otherwise. For instance, one could be bisexual (or pansexual!) and not necessarily be equally attracted to either gender(s), not to mention whether in the same way. There is no guarantee that one is a 3 on the Kinsey Scale just because they identify with bisexuality.
Indeed, there is nothing wrong with loving who we are. Matter of factly, we are what is right with the world.
But, the purpose of that scenario was that, objectively, there is nothing wrong with our experiences. There is nothing sinful about all that makes us human beings. Yet, it is all about embracing the continuum of what it means to be ourselves.
Whether it is a lack of acceptance, understand, or empathy, we all have our lows. We all have our highs. Yet, all of our experiences are unique to us. In other words, we cannot marginalize the extent of our pain nor another’s pain.
Everyone is valid, human, and equally deserving of a happier, healthier, and more meaningful existence
So, if anyone reading this article has never felt their humanity validated, WE ARE ALL VALID!! VALIDITY IS OUR MIDDLE NAME.
On the one hand, we don’t need validation. On the other hand, we more than deserve it. After all, ever since we are validation, we might as well have the simple fact reciprocated.
To reiterate, though, what do we honestly believe? Do we believe that not only do we deserve validation but we also are valid in every, shape, and form in which we seek?
How would we know what we believe? Is it just evident by our everyday experiences? Do we have to undergo hypnosis and the like? What is the “Fine Line” between ideological transmutation?
Well, one thing is for certain: e-motion.
How do we feel? After all, as most ancient and new age gurus might add, the power of the heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head. One of the best reasons why we must touch our hearts during meditation is for this reason alone. Who doesn’t want to feel electrified by a truly sacred, divine, and reinvigorating experience?
What is a more safe, healthy, accepting, non-judgmental, and open-minded space than meditation?
(Don’t Stop Believing) Think about it
That said, similarly to meditation, if we cannot feel it, we cannot heal it. As such, when we cannot feel the power of belief in the positive pole, of course, it is damn near impossible to believe. Thus, the same program of loss and limitation permeates.
So, how do we feel change? How do we feel the invincible, unbreakable, superhuman power of not giving up?
Meditate. Indeed, we must slow down to see what’s going on to speed up and thereby increase our stamina.
Also, we can listen or speak positive affirmations, set intentions, and script what a happier, healthier, more abundant life looks like? Why not meet ourselves halfway? Why not shower ourselves with an opulence of optimism, joy, and love?
As such, please know that none of this is our fault. While accountability is a must, not blaming ourselves is a start.
We cannot help the beliefs that were indoctrinated into our heads when we were young, seven years and counting. This was well beyond our cognitive grasp of control. If we had it our way, wouldn’t we indoctrinate ourselves with the healthiest, wealthiest, most abundant, and truthful beliefs thereof? How would the epitome of belief shape-shift in the vibration of that reality?
A reality in which not only everything is possible but, indeed, quite probable. Perhaps one of the most prominent reasons why we cannot fly — other than the obvious: it defies the laws of gravity — is because we believe it is impossible.
Don’t Stop Believing in a Reality of I’m Possible
But, what if we all believed we could fly? What if we stopped believing in our limitations and expanded in the knowledge that we are all indeed limitless. After all, aren’t we the limitless in the limited, not vice versa?
Of course, stay safe by all means. We must do what is in our best interest. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything that would put anyone in imminent danger. As such, this is just food for thought. Speaking of which, there is a spectrum between head in the clouds and feet planted in the ground. Accordingly, we are all air and earth in that regard.
One cannot exist without the other. Because of this, don’t stop believing in a miracle, a breakthrough, a corner of blessings to say the least. We can neither break down all the time nor can Lady Luck excrete (or defecate!) on us non-stop.
There has to be a commercial somewhere, someplace, right? There have to be some lighter movies in the franchise called life. As such, not every installment is going to have the same tone. There is a season for everything. Because of this, believe that the best is yet to come. Isn’t it statistically improbable for the same outcome to occur when arguably all outcomes are equally probable to occur?
Well, as you can see, that depends. What do we believe is possible? Do we believe that we can co-create our reality? Do we believe that we are one with all that is and thereby have the power to manipulate outcomes to tailor our preferences?
That we are so powerful that we can transform our experiences and cultivate a life beyond the wire?
We the Pinnacle!
In the end, that depends. Without a doubt, things most frequently seem the most impossible, challenging, and heavy when a HUGE opportunity, blessing, and breakthrough is near. How many times have we heard that one gave up right before they were able to reach their pinnacle?
Yet, that is the problem: they are not about to reach their pinnacle. They are about to witness the reality in which they become sentient of their true nature: they are the pinnacle.
So are we. We always have, always will.
The key to don’t stop believing in a better, brighter future is embracing what is in the present. Moreover, the subconscious mind is always on “Replay.” So, to good effect, now is forever the gleeful, welcome, bravado chance to create an album of masterpieces — what’s higher than that?
Indeed, we are happier, healthier beings. As such, the power of belief lies not in having; but, rather in being. That’s what makes meditation SO powerful in the first place.
In conclusion, why must we believe in ourselves to enhance our lives in every regard?
We are POWER beyond measure
But, POWER beyond measure as we are the epitome of the manifestation power of belief at its most positive.
Above all, we are healthy, wealthy, abundant, resilient, vibrant, positive, authentic, original, bold, daring, worthy, complete, whole, divine, inspired, love, enlightened, joyous, and SO awesome. Don’t stop believing in a healed, empowered life.
Why deny ourselves when we can believe wholeheartedly in the infinite, limitless power of belief? Why not take a chance on ourselves when our reality is fluid, malleable, and subject to [positive] change? How is that for food for thought, ahem, belief?
