Powerful Meditation for weight loss — ten best habits
Have you ever felt like no matter what you do, you can’t lose weight? Did you think that meditation for weight loss is something that must be fixed outside of you? What if you have only received the partial truth on how to lose weight?
Well, when it comes to weight loss, your body is only what meets the eye. Your actual struggle is way deeper than what it appears to be. In fact, the essence of your issues with weight loss goes back to traumas you acquired in early childhood. And, as with all things you’ve manifested, it penetrates below the surface of your thoughts. This struggle constitutes the basis of how you feel about yourself and what you believe.
For example, if you were body-shamed your entire life or told that you were fat, ugly, or unattractive, perhaps you don’t feel like you are worthy of such a well-earned incentive. However, none of this is your fault. In fact, there is still hope for you. Especially if you feel like you have tried everything in the book.
There is just one thing, besides the obvious — patience — you have to keep in mind: openness. To clarify, this is openness to the possibility that what you think is required to lose weight is not at all pronounced in the long term. The ability to feel angry of being deprived of what you rightfully deserve. And thus, one principle of meditation is looking within and unpeeling the issue at hand. Whether it is stress, depression, or sleep, meditation is the key to substantial relief.

Mind Over Matter
Believe it or not, it is not matter that influences the mind. It is the other way around. How you think, feel, and perceive your body affects the shape, image, and appearance of said body. So, if you view your body in a negative way, your body is going to be conveyed, to you to say the least, in a negative light.
Perhaps actually do need to lose weight by means of lowering your blood pressure, cholesterol, and stress intact. Or perhaps, on the other hand, it is the lens through which you perceive yourself that adversely impacts your body image.
Nonetheless, the power of the mind is unspeakable. And, if you want to lose weight you are going to have to lose what no longer positively serves you. Anything, or anything for that matter, that stands in your way must be removed.
Remember, you an infinite co-creator of your reality. Your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs manifest in your physical reality. So, if you want to get rid of the gut so to speak, follow your gut. Tap in to hear what your higher mind is trying to tell you. Make a conscious effort to eat healthier. Yes, it is easier said than done.
But, more often than not, the answer you are looking for is right on the nose. Just know that the battle is in the mind.
Also, keep in mind that you are not fighting yourself — that’s self-sabotage. You are loving yourself by releasing what is inhibiting the flow of your inevitable success with weight loss.
Loving Yourself Unconditionally
Yes, hopefully, we know that meditation is one of the ultimate forms of self-love. Yes, self-love is the best love for the mindful soul and all. However, it can be difficult to love yourself when you put all your weight (pun intended) on other people’s shoulders. In other words, you hold their words and perceptions of you in such great esteem that you lose yourself.
You hold on to their every word because of the power you have given them. And like a hot coal, they drop you to the floor.
Then, you are left thinking that there is a condition of what is actually your inherent right. However, that couldn’t be any further than the truth.
Nonetheless, it is up to you to take all the power back. And, regarding weight loss, you get out of it what you put into it.
Yet, it is essential to understand that meditation helps you see what needs to change about yourself. And, when you love yourself unconditionally, you are going to effectively wield the power to lose weight.
This is because you are changing your body image from a subconscious level and thereby strengthening the belief that you are worthy of such everyday miracles.
Fact and Fiction
Speaking of which, did you know that your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between fact and fiction? Furthermore, your subconscious can’t even fathom whether something happened or was merely a figment of your imagination. It lives squarely in the moment. Nothing more, nothing less. Everything is in the present moment.
That’s why you’ve got to have the presence to know the following: it is never too late to transmute the narrative.
It is never too late to heal your body in more ways than one.
And, as crazy as it sounds, you’ve gotta trick your mind with a treat: the truth.
If you or someone you know wants to lose weight, you are gonna have to keep feeding your mind what you desire to manifest.
This can be Subliminals, TedX talks, positive affirmations, success stories, images of weight loss, and of course meditation. It can be any combination of the aforementioned. The theme is repetition.
As you can see, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Therefore, if your subconscious mind has a cyclic habit of fiction, it is time to give it a silver spoon of fact. Therefore, keep doing what you want to attract. Soon, you and your body are gonna, be it.
Non-judgmental acceptance
Then again, it is vital to not beat yourself up. You are only human. It is more than okay to be messy, flawed, and, uh, fat. If that is where you are, that’s okay. You are beautiful the way you are nonetheless. Your worth is forever unchanging. This, of course, is despite all the changes you and your body encounter.
And if you are wondering why I keep saying you and your body, well, there is a method to the madness. Every part of you, mind and body included, is a package deal. Essentially, they are a whole package deal. All parts are equally invaluable.
And, this is a helpful way to view yourself in relation to weight loss. Meditate on your worth. Focus on being all that you seek.
If nothing else at all, meditation is being neutral to all that is as a third-party observer. Neutral to yourself, your experiences, and most of all yourself.
It is not that you are invalidating or ignoring yourself. No, quite the opposite. In the process, you are releasing all the bitter critical inner dialogue that has long plagued your physique and less apparently your state of mind.
The time is now to change the dialogue and accept every part of yourself, overweight or otherwise.
Eat Like a Mindful Intuitive
Have you ever heard the saying, “follow your heart and intuition”? Well, sometimes you have to find the mindful balance between your heart and head or vice versa. When you are in balance, you have a firmer grip on things such as your weight.
Plus, the more often you meditate, the better your chances are to eat mindfully. It’s not that you can’t trust yourself on how to eat. You just have to be reminded. Quite frankly, you don’t need anything or anyone outside of your to determine this.
For instance, you don’t need weight pills or diets to have weight loss. These are rarely successful on a prolonged basis.
The best bet is to invest your time in getting right with yourself. Yes, looking outside of yourself can definitely help you. But, this is merely a product of you having already helped yourself.
Also, most have issues with weight loss because of why, when, and how they are eating. Basically, people often eat when they are stressed, depressed, anxious, or just all around having a rainy day. Because of this, people are living to eat instead of eating to live.
For this reason alone, it is important to practice eating when you are truly hungry. This doesn’t mean that you need to eat less. It means that you need to eat more mindfully. More with your intuition. In other words, follow your instincts.
Trust that eating is fundamentally a need and not a want. Meditate with the intent to eat like a mindful intuitive.
Be the Counterintuitive
You are not meant to go by the book. You are meant to go against the grain. This is because no one one-hundred percent of the time fits the status quo — it needs challenge. In fact, everyone is different. Apparently, one shoe size doesn’t fit all.
So, openness here is key to being the counter-intuitive. There is a possibility that you have been lied to your entire life.
And that’s okay. However you feel or think about this is fully validated, reciprocated, and understood.
Thus, you do not lose weight by focusing on your weight. The word loses in itself is focusing on lack. Anytime you worry about losing weight you are merely going to attract more of the same problematic worry. Accordingly, you have to focus on gaining independence from being overweight/obese. On gaining a more slender, weight-friendly body.
Having a constructive, healthy, positive outlook is key to regenerating issues with weight. You are going to feel empowered in knowing that you just have to work with, not against, yourself. The answer lies in the question, “how do I gain a healthier, more fit weight?”
All you have to do is embark on the unknown. And keep asking.
Feel it to Heal it
The only way out is through. You have got to face your life-long challenges through and through. This is crucial because if you are in denial, you are not going to get anywhere. Acceptance and awareness are arguably one of the first steps of weight loss. Not just feeling what you want to change but understanding why. Seeing the cause and effect relationship between where your mind has gone and how your body has consequently followed.
Whatever comes up to the surface, however mindfully, let it be there. Just know that this too shall pass. You are not going to be stuck in a weight-loss dilemma your entire life. Just have a little faith that things can get better.
That the relationship between your mind and body will improve. Because that’s what weight is: a relationship.
And, as with all relationships, they have to be maintained. This is crucial to keep the partnership healthy, loving, and full of life.
As a result, it is not the calories you are putting into your body. It is the calories you are putting out.
How you are feeling about yourself is being projected back. Yet, to change this, you must address all repressed, unresolved, buried emotions burning inside. Feel the relationship to heal it. Be rawer than an onion and cry out the excess tears. In other words, let go of all the weight on your shoulders.
Indeed, weightless shoulders are a crucial element of losing weight.
Iceberg Revelations
By the same token, losing weight is not the tip of the iceberg. To reiterate, it is certainly easier said than done in this regard. Again, you have to dive beneath the surface and scope the iceberg. In essence, if you are to connect the dots, you have to swim to the depths of your subconscious mind.
Your conscious mind only makes up 5% percent of your manifesting ability. Your subconscious mind, on the other hand, is the pilot that drives 95% of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, and actions. Thus, when you penetrate your subconscious, this is when you begin to see conscious change.
This is where meditation gels together. Allowing yourself to be in vibration with the frequencies of love, healing, and radical transformation. Letting your heart desires flow right into your orbit of being. Merging with all your selves combined.
Therefore, you can say that water is deeper (and denser) than ice. But, it is okay to feel heavy. It is a matter of accepting you can overcome anything that comes your way, weight loss, and everything else. Only you can best resolve your issue.
All you need is the willingness to understand your situation. This is when you take the load off and see past your adversity. This is when the weight loss happens.
Above all, it starts with the awareness of how your subconscious mind has been sabotaging you. Of course, none of this is your fault. But, with iceberg revelations, you will see how to merge the fault line in the relationship with your weight.
Letting Go of the Past
Without a doubt, you cannot change what happened in the past. You cannot change all the times people talked down about your weight and made you feel worthless. However, you can meditate on miracles. You can focus on being present in the moment. You can change the narrative with your breaths.
This includes being mindful of how the past continues to influence you here and now. Again, fewer worries, correlate with less impulsive, stress-based eating, not to mention how being present helps you to lose weight in more ways than one.
Indeed, the anchor is on your brain first. Then, your body follows. But, what is less known is that the body is the manifestation of your subconscious mind.
Yes, letting go of the past is quite the challenge. Nonetheless, making peace with what was and stepping into now is the way to reclaim your innate power. Thus, when you let go of the past, you let go of the baggage.
Minus the stress, anxiety, frustration, anger, and unforgiveness from your past life or lives, your body is going to be airtight. Solid as a rock.
Most importantly, know that you are not the stories your subconscious mind absorbed. You are not the words people or circumstances insulted you with. You are the weight loss you seek and then some.
Luckily for you, meditation is a pro for letting go and going with the flow.
Seeing Yourself in an Empowered, Regenerative Meditation
A frown is just a smile turned upside. And no matter the situation, you can turn it all around.
And whether you eat to numb the stress, or out of pure boredom, the power lies in your mind. If the notion of weight loss empowers your mind, you can and will regenerate your body.
Why?
I have faith in you.
Visualization is a key tool to being the weight you most desire. The more you repeat this image, the more it will manifest in your body. Body image.
You see, the subconscious mind absorbs in terms of images? So, when you change the symbolism of the images you’ve downloaded, you change the body of your results. Again, however you want to see yourself be it. Consume it on a daily like the mindful, intuitive eater you are.
And just know that being in vibration with your subconscious mind. It all boils down to working on yourself.
You’ve gotta change your thoughts all the way to your destiny. From the crown of your head to the soles on your feet.
In the end, you are empowered regenerative meditation.
You are meditation for weight loss.
P.S. Happy Easter Sunday!!!
