How to be meditation?
Believe it or not, meditation is in everything we do. It’s in the content we consume, the people we surround ourselves with, the energies we focus intently on, etc.
Quite frankly, everything is a form of meditation. It’s more than a session or two on the journey to the soul. Yet, we are rarely trained on how to be meditation. Let alone how to recognize and be grateful for all the progress that’s been unfolding for us.
You’d be shocked how many DMs I get about people wanting to know how to meditate. Not to mention how many people mention how they feel lost on how to meditate in general. In a sense, it is maddening because meditation is so deceptively simple.
On the one hand, all it requires is the willingness to be non-judgmental acceptance. On the other hand, it takes patience to cultivate these long-term, yet inherent virtues.

So, before we go any further, I would like to point out that there is no wrong or right way to meditate. It just simply is.
Thus, you are meditation. How you define meditation is your own experience and perogative.
Above all, provided that meditation is about being mindful and immersed in the present moment, the common goal is finding how to be all you seek. Finding the most effective methods to let go, take a deep breath, and be free.
As a result, this article will entail how to be meditation in just five stellar ways:
- Be What You Think You Lack
- Accept Every Part of Yourself
- Self-Expression is Your Best Freedom
- Light in Darkness
- Live and let live
Be What You Think You Lack
Indeed, this comes from personal experience. There have been so many times in which I announced, at least to myself, that there were so many things lacking in life. I realized how the void was eating away at my heart. And yet, I had the awareness that I deserved better.
And, over time, I learned that none of it was my fault. Then again, the blame game proved to be long out of fashion and out of date. Essentially, it boiled down to taking accountability for life. With practice and time, I learned that everyone else is just a reflection of you. If you really want something or someone, you’ve gotta do it yourself.
Again, there is no point in wasting your time. Wasting your time trying to chase something far, far outside of you. But instead, try to let it flow within.

So, in a nutshell, whatever you think you lack, you are in great abundance.
You’ve just gotta stop meditating on the problem — certainly easier said than done. What matters at this point, yourself included, is meditating in the solution. After all, whatever you focus on grows.
Therefore, to be meditation is to let go and enter the state of flow. This can be peace, joy, love, enlightenment, etc.
Let go of fear, worry, doubt, anxiety, self-loathing, and inner turmoil. Be your best world and then some.
Isn’t meditation all about tapping into and merging with that non-material source of abundance?
Accept Every Stellar Part of Yourself
To reiterate, this is a huge part of meditation. To be meditation is to know that there is nothing inherently wrong with you. If anything it could be your distorted perception of your parts overlapping with the whole you. Then again, I could be wrong.
And quite frankly, I am more than okay with that. You see that’s the whole point: non-judgmental acceptance. I mean, real talk, we are programmed to be utter pessimists who drown in an abyss of despair. But if there is anything meditation does best, several things, I know, it is to the power of transmutation.

Interestingly enough, rejection is the opposite of acceptance. Yet, unbeknownst to most, rejection happens less with other people and more with yourself.
So, yes correct. Rejection and acceptance for that matter begin with you. How you view yourself. And not only do you need a more positive images but you also need to let your essence — your truth — shine through. Focus on the real you.

Regardless if you are rejected ’till your black and blue, you’ve gotta accept every part of you. This, you are not what’s wrong with this world; you are what’s right. You are needed to be the embodiment of non-judgmental acceptance.
Once again, it is important to love all of you and be what you seek in other humans.
Self-Expression is Your Best Friend
Have you ever heard the saying, “I’ll be your friend to the end..”? Well, this is no different. Accept, of course, it is real-life application as there is no possession at stake here. Instead, like non-judgmental acceptance, you have a symbiotic relationship, minus the Venom my friend.
If nothing else, meditation is nothing more than getting right within. Than being your own titular best friend.
And more than anything, you just need to express the language of your soul. You deserve that freedom. You deserve the right to voice your opinion without being blacklisted in your stance.

Most times, we feel unhappy because the real us is stuck in limbo. Pent up. More than anything, this is a result of repressed energy, which shows up as self-sabotage and hindrance.
As a result, you’ve gotta move out the way and make amends. Be gentle with yourself. Treat yourself like your best friend.
After all, true friendship starts within. Self-friendship is the best true friendship.
Being meditation is allowing yourself to be heard. Being that willingness to let yourself vent. Accepting all your mixed emotions and releasing them like floating lanterns. Feel free to let it all out within the comfort of your own house.
Do the roar!
[Stellar] Light in Darkness
Again, you probably think that you are marveling at the haphazard array of lanterns in the nighttime sky. Perhaps you are at a Harvest Festival and the moon is as full as the wind. But nevertheless, here’s what you missed: light comes from within.
The light never abandons you. It is always at the end of the tunnel. Even when the lantern dissipates into outer space, it will always be with you.
Why?
Because you are the lantern!
Meditation is your guiding light. Yes, there will be storms. Many, many unprecedented storms indeed. Yes, the rain will pelt upon your head. Without a doubt, darkness will shroud your vision.
But just imagine if the storms, rain, and darkness lessened. If the severity of the aforementioned challenges affected you less severely. Take a moment and embody the feeling. Be it and then some. What comes to mind? What oozes from your heart?

Live and let live: Be Stellar!
In the end, this is where we are all trying to get. This is what we are all trying to be. And, contrary to popular belief, I think, we don’t realize that this is what we already are. It is a matter of passing the baton in our souls. Accordingly, an inner torch whose spark has lain dormant for far too long.
The time is always now to stop being a shell. To start being the person who you were meant to be and then some.
Then again, no pressure. It’s a process of elimination. It’s a journey to the inner being within.
Inner being. Not inner thought, feeling, or acting. Quite simply, inner being.
And quite frankly, you are meditation. Stellar meditation to the least. You are always meditation. But when you ask how it is a matter of refraining your focus on the love and light. Being all that you seek in yourself, them, and beyond.
But first, non-judgmental acceptance is crucial to be paramount. For instance, if you want true love, you’ve got to be it, platonically and otherwise.
Above all, what matters most is living. Not merely existing or getting by. But rather, living as a breathing miracle waiting to be discovered. There is instantaneous magic is the simple ability to just be.
To live and let live is to be a role model for the physical incarnation of meditation and encourage the same.
To sum, how to be meditation is more about being than learning. Be free and merry and meditation you’ll be.
In conclusion, you are how to be meditation…
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!!
And, oh, don’t forget to meditate on miracles awaiting you on the otherside of the double rainbow.
