How to be Mindful and Well in 2022 — Fantastic, Stellar?!!
We can’t pretend like our lives are peaches and cream — it’s okay to displace the answers. Matter of factly, it’s not uncommon to deny the extent of our pain, suffering, and unwellness. We don’t want to face the reality we’re worse than we anticipated. Nonetheless, we do ourselves a disservice by turning a blind eye to the inevitable. If we want to be mindful and well in 2022, we must start with the willingness to weather the storms and race through the fires.
Then again, it’s not like society trains us to regulate and heal ourselves. Yet, we must be autodidacts. In other words, we must possess enough cardinal energy to initiate the mindful process and fix our horizons on the product we deserve. Instead of losing ourselves to distractions, we must rise above and find intrinsic reasons to flourish. Otherwise, we set ourselves up for failure — doing things for other people’s approval, validation, and confirmation compromises our health.
Sure, if you are a Scorpio Sun, Capricorn Moon like me, you possess high hopes for other people. You believe settling for mediocrity is for losers and, we should all at least have some desire to build skyscrapers. Who wants to keep falling by the wayside, collapsing in a chasm of defeat and disappointment? Who yearns to keep dilating their wounds and distancing themselves from all sources of interconnection, love, and peace? Still, investing in the future is an ideal route to pursue now.
Believing is Teaching
Setting intentions for a bright and prosperous 2022 is in our best interest. Positive affirmations, happy, vibrant music, abundant meals, pleasant scents, healthy people, and, of course, meditation are robust methods to manifest. As such, minimizing the stressors augur wild success. Some people think meditation is a time machine or a tropical island of escapism. Others believe meditation is a way to ascend the physical plane, projecting astrally. Again, what do we think?
We can only do some much for others, let alone ourselves. Do you know how many people suffered because they cared too much about what the world thought about them? Did you know it’s not worth the cost? What if you were programmed to refute your innate tendencies: self-preservation? I conjecture why countless individuals hate themselves and want out.
What is more dangerous than hijacking someone’s nature and using their biological defects as a hazard to humanity? How can we avoid these triggers when the latter chases us? Do we need salvation or a closer examination?
Should we expect more of the same to manifest in 2022? Should we not care and enjoy what the experience teaches us? Is it narcissistic to say life is the best teacher of our time? Why do we confine ourselves to rigid processing and imagination? If everyone is interconnected, how do we know when we are helping ourselves? Can we ever help someone with zero percent strings attached? What if being selfish is the ultimate method to be a master of selflessness? What is the slave?
How to be Mindful and Well: Address the Pandemic of Narcissism
Why must slavery and mastery correlate? If our destiny bleeds greatness, why must we transcend the world of polarity? Are we meant to succumb to the world of ego or feed ourselves until we break? Are those who throw fish in the glasshouse the ultimate fish — akin to the most homophobic people on the planet closeting themselves? Is it our mission, the empathetic, wise ones, to stop the pandemic of narcissism, the self-righteous variant of narcissism? Or, must we walk away?
Narcissism is the secondhand smoke of mental health (Dr. Ramani). Believe it or not, we can’t stop a person from smoking narcissism. We feel the death, immolation, and rubbish festering and accumulating in our souls. The pervasive toxins sober and ground us in the knowledge we deserve better. Then, we discern the nihilism in the body of life and yelp to transcend.
Who are we to judge? Aren’t we all unimmune to mistakes? Who doesn’t experience the ancestral trauma of family? How can we discern the difference between brutal honesty and invalidation, gaslighting, and deflecting? If we can’t stop these smokers, how can we preserve our mental health? Why do we have to fight for our natural-born rights like they’re trophies or something to displace our meaning? If we smoke, is it enough to see the suffering of our community to stop cold turkey?
Back in the Habit?!!
Are there any other tendencies we can quit? Does going back to the habit amplify the vice, or allow us to retake the course and obtain a higher grade? How can we ensure we will come out on top when we keep playing bottom? Isn’t there more than enough room to soar at the seamless, ceilingless top? Are we obligated to make something out of nothing? Do we ever get over anything or ice the feeling insofar numbness and repression? We must note which habits serve us best or whatnot.
Isn’t it okay to enter 2022 with the same challenges as 2021? Why do we let people put pressure on us? Since when do we wake up and not have any ailment? Are miracles rooted in the unfathomable or mindfulness of the subconscious, ethereal, and unforeseen realms? Why are we waiting until the New Year to fix ourselves? Are we broken or mirroring and simulating the matrix? Are we the glitch in the matrix who thinks brokenness results from an inability to conform to the collective illusion?
Perhaps we are not living in a fantasy landscape — we may remember who we were and will be. Our filtered, conditioned life is nonreal. We intuit we deserve better because we are better than we forget. In other words, we aren’t as limited to our form as we think. We must integrate every part of ourselves and weave it into a whole. Of course, we initiate this process by opening the veil and seeing beyond our blindspots. Brutal honesty is an understatement.
How to be Mindful and Well: Confront Your Inner Demons
The devil we know isn’t better than unknown inner demons. Our comfort zone is a threat to our evolution and progression. Too much comfort is agonizing, asphyxiating death. However, we are still mindful and well. Expressing gratitude is as vital as declaring optimism. Our mortality tells us we’re dying, but our breaths show us we belong — the land of the living is our oyster. Because of this, we are not here to succumb to an anonymous, irreverent asshole who wishes to diminish our value to a secondhand opinion or afterthought — they failed!
Congrats — it’s not too little too late!! If you are reading this article, you made it. Destiny ordained you to see this message. The setbacks, failures, and obstacles equip you with the tools necessary to succeed and become an anomaly to the odds. Your predicament blessed you to look at the person in the mirror and make amends as necessary. You matter!!
In the end, we can’t make up for the lost time. We must find the time to be mindful and well. If we don’t invest our energy and intention in mental, spiritual, communal, and physical fitness, we risk a relapse in our coveted sobriety.

How many times do we need to venture down the rabbit hole? How many carrots must we gorge before we see the significance of moderation? Awareness is the first step to being mindful and well. Cultivating awareness kills the pain of ignorance, bigotry, and dogmatism. Indeed, we are tired of perpetual, chronic fatigue. At last, we must sleep, safe in the knowledge we’ll rebound.
How much are you willing to sacrifice to reap peace of mind? Are you ready to say goodbye to drama and discord? How invincible are your convictions? How addicted are you to the past? Are you happy? Aren’t you the most invaluable player?

I must say, this article couldn’t have come at a better time for me. 2021 presented a large quantity of weakness, inability to follow through, and procrastination for me, something I am looking to rid myself of in 2022. But it’s not as easy as 1,2,3.
I truly am my own enemy, and fall easily into bouts of stress an anxiety, that further my bad habits and encourage laziness and anger. My goal this year is to focus on one thing I want to change, and have active habits and actions to hold myself accountable. Each month I want to reassess how I am doing holding myself accountable. If I am successful, I will look to create another healthy habit.
I’ll need help, and I look forward to visiting your page again for some guidance.
I can feel your pain. The distress and anxiety are no joke. You are not alone — I commend you on your resilience. You are going to thrive and prosper — I believe in you. Yes, reach out any time to About Miracle Meditations.
