How to embrace the change in my life
Embrace the change?!!
Without a doubt, change is inevitable. Change is an inevitable attribute of life. Yet, it can be difficult to adapt to the unprecedented, sporadic nature of change. Because of this, it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed about these everyday occurrences. For example, whenever you are elevating to the next level of your life, it might seem like everything is breaking down.
Matter of factly, in my opinion, it appears as though the past is even further out of reach. The comfort and nostalgia of the past grows as a dissipating, yet unquenchable yearning. As such, embracing change requires acceptance of where you are at on your particular journey. Perhaps you are not ready to come to terms with all that is manifesting, presumably at Godspeed, or otherwise. Perhaps your progress is questionable or hit or miss.
Then again, it is possible, if not probable, that there is nothing in your life you cannot handle. Yet, more often than not, life conveys a cocktail of emotions. Moreover, you gestate the vibe that you are trying desperately, faintly to out swim the tsunami swarming within and around all dividends.
That said, it is vital to reassess the ways in which you can respond to life more constructively, healthily. One of the best ways to implement this is by allowing yourself to decompress. Believe it or not, when you slow things down, you speed things up in the same capacity
Think about it
If you are always moving at the speed of light, how are you going to enjoy the pleasures of life? How are you going to embrace life, smell the roses, express gratitude, and make amendments as necessary? Quite simply, you can’t.
Consequently, you won’t if you don’t take the time out for yourself. I am not trying to sound critical or condescending. Quite the contrary, I am telling the truth. As a species, we are inclined towards going with the flow and following the lead. But, sometimes, we can be like sheep led to a slaughterhouse. Again, this does not mean don’t get a vaccination or disobey public health requirements just to go against the grain.
As such, you must invest quality time, energy, and intention concerning how to be your best Furthermore, make an effort to prioritize yourself. Yes, the world is changing non-stop. Yes, life throws some curve balls and plays very unfairly. Yet, you don’t have to be a victim to the experience. Essentially, you are a survivor, a champion, a brave hearted soldier.
As you can see, this is the mentality to adopt. Nonetheless, it is worth noting that life is significantly more nuanced and embellished than survival of the fittest. And, perhaps this Darwin principle is so pertinent today because of the controversial nature of change. It feels like you don’t have a choice but to adapt or die. But, in some respects, we all adapt and die. This is a natural part of life.
How to Embrace the Change in my Life: Be Mindful
To clarify, identifying what triggers you, fills you up in a chasm of darkness, and leaves you feeling the most uncertain, ambiguous is vital to your humanity. Without a doubt, the primary emotion towards change tends to be quite negative. Yet, it is positive to be mindful of these upheavals and accept your position.
Essentially, this is the difference between feeling stuck and being stagnant.
Without a doubt, we can all relate to a time in our lives in which we felt stuck. Yet, these challenging circumstances are what catalyze growth, development, and maturity. Everything that has happened in our lives has led us up into this moment. Without our past, without our childhood, without our experiences, we wouldn’t be the people that we are today.
So, if you are earnestly wondering how to embrace the change in my life, just remember that you are a living testimony. There is someone out there in the world who is experiencing something quite similar to your condition or circumstance. As such, remain hopeful, stay positive, and believe that the grass is brighter on the other side.
Know Your Worth, Embrace the Change
Moreover, you deserve to find the stability, peace, and love. You deserve wealth, health, abundance and prosperity. Because of this, be mindful of the fact that you are worth more than you can even begin to imagine. You are stronger, greater, and better than you’ve been led to believe. Yet, that’s the catch. Believe that you are how to embrace the change in your life.
All the magic, grace, and sustenance are inside, burning inside of your eternal ocean of a soul. That said, everything is possible, if not probable. For instance, if we were immortal, flawless, and sans defect, blemish, or limitation, we wouldn’t be able to grow, develop, and finally make progress. Speaking of which, that encapsulates the sum of meditation. Focus on your progress.
Furthermore, try not to worry whether you are on the right path. On the contrary, trust the process. Have faith that all the changes in your life are necessary for you to elevate to the next level. Believe it or not, all your prayers, thoughts, meditations, affirmations, hopes, and wishes have been heard by the divine realm.
If you’ve been seeing angel numbers such as 555, know that change is on the horizon. To clarify, change is neither positive nor negative; quite simply, it is a fact of life. However, your outlook on these changes either make or break the outcome of your experiences. Quite frankly, it might be a mixture of make and break, hit-and-miss.
You are How to Embrace the Change, You are (More Than) Okay
And, of course, this is okay. Indeed, this is a natural part of the process. There is nothing inherently right or wrong with you, your meditation sessions and lifestyle, and how you embrace the change. But, just in case you were wondering, you are worthy, whole, complete, and divine.
So, when meditating upon how to embrace the change in my life, be mindful of the following: the only way is up.
