How to flow with meditation
Believe it or not, we all have a flow state. In other words, we are all great at something that really brings us to live like none other. That is because we are all inherently unique and the same applies to how to flow with meditation.
Quite frankly, it is okay to not have all the answers to the perfect meditation. Such a meditation does not exist. After all, practice does not make perfect. Instead, a far better alternative, practice makes progress. And, when you are meditating, it is important to keep in mind that your experience is what you make it. The less you try to fight what rises to the surface, the more you will have the ability to heal beneath the surface.
We all have the flow state of being locked within. Yet, it is an excavated treasure waiting to reach the forefront of our awareness. However, that is the catch: conscious effort stunts the logic behind how to flow with meditation.
Without a doubt, sometimes we try too hard to intellectualize and mentalize what a good flow of meditation is supposed to be. Other times, we must garner the willingness to go with the flow and trust the process.
It is as simple as being the flow you seek. This is accomplished by working smarter, more collaboratively with yourself. Nonetheless, this is easier said than done. It takes time. Yet, it is well worth the investment.
Soon, we learn how to flow with meditation when we keep practicing what it simply entails.
Thus, this article seeks to explain how to flow with meditation in four cool, stellar ways:
- Accept Failure as Much as Success
- Stay Grounded in the Present Moment
- Be Lost and Found
- Adopt an Abundance Mentality
Accept Failure as Much as Flowccess
If you are not feeling as relaxed as you’d like, there is still room for improvement. It’s okay to make mistakes and fail. As a matter of fact, any time you fail this is not only inverted success but also another step to inevitable success.
Part of the flow in meditation is learning how to observe and embody the willingness to give ourselves non-judgmental acceptance. Always try to keep in mind that what you are seeking is also seeking you. And with that mindset, it is easier to realize that there is no pressure to succeed.
There is really no pressure at all. All we have to do is flow along. And let go with weightless shoulders. So, when we identify what works best for our meditation practice, it is vital to do more of it. To be more of the success you seek to flow into your meditation experience.
Nonetheless, everyone fails. It is the only way to truly succeed. And even if you feel like you are a pawn in the game of meditation, just know that you are always the king/queen, disguised or otherwise.
Regardless if we “fail” or “succeed” at the flow state, we are still unconditionally whole and worthy.
Stay Grounded in the Present Flowment
When we find ourselves worrying about the future or ruminating over the past, gently reminding ourselves to stay present helps us to flow with meditation. This is ideal because it helps you to better enjoy your journey to the soul.
Plus, being present is where all the power lies. Your manifesting power is thousands of times more powerful when you let go and flow with the present moment. Allow yourself to be a passenger to the eternal ride that your meditation has in store.
Try to enjoy the gleeful thrills, sensation, and fun that gushes out of your aura. No matter what you experience, all is well. If anything, your unique experiences in meditation are a sign of detachment.
This is the ability to allow your heart desires to slide right into your hands, into the favor of your odds.
You’re FLOW Grounded
However, try to be mindful of the fact that if you put too much thought into staying grounded, it won’t give.
As meditators, regardless of our particular level of expertise, we’ve gotta stay grounded in the knowing that we are making substantial, significant progress every day in every way.
Again, it’s a process and instead of jumping ahead or pushing the rewind button, we’ve just gotta enjoy the surprises on the ride to our soul and back.
Be Lost and Found
Even if all wanders are not lost is true, isn’t it okay if at least some of them were? Since when is it wrong to not know what you are doing, let alone where you are going. Furthermore, the flow state in meditation is about the willingness to accept you are everything and nothing all at once. You are lost and found as you align with the vibration of your Highest Self.
Indeed, this varies for everyone. Every soul is different and for good cause. Lost for me, might be found for you and vice versa. Yet, it is more about us. It is more about us flowing with how we are collectively individual.
After all, separation is the greatest illusion of all time. But, flow certainly has a dichotomy.
When we think we are lost, we feel like we are separated from all semblance of life. On the other hand, when we think we are found, we feel a greater sense of interconnectedness and oneness with all that is. This feeling is amplified more than ever before.
And just like an item returned to its owner, we will be found again. The irony is that the more we allow ourselves to be lost, the more we can truly find ourselves as we return from every session. If we don’t know ourselves, we are at least one step closer to understanding the real, egoless, shadowless us. It is only the ones who think they know everything who don’t have a clue of how lost they actually are.
Thus, as we wander about foreign, idyllic, soulful landscapes, it is freeing to accept this reality about ourselves. So, while we might not know when we are in the flow state, it is to our utmost benefit to understand this as a core component of flow.
Adopt an Abundance Mentality
What can I say? The flow state of being is all but rich. When you are able to think of your meditation experiences in a neutral light, this actually allows you to be more positive. This is due to the fact that the power of neutralization allows you to move up the vibrational ladder and thereby develop a greater awareness of flow. And this willingness, this slice of faith in a pie of skepticism, allows you to adopt a more abundant, healthy, and positive image of yourself.
Again, what you get out of your meditation is what you make of it. Try not to let failure, uncertainty, or external circumstances worry you. Try to just be the flow that you are seeking. Above all, meditate on miracles and remember that you are not your worst enemy. You are your best ally indeed.
We’ve all got to acknowledge that what we chase shall flee from us. Again, to reiterate, what we seek is seeking us.
Therefore, we must collectively realize that we are how to flow with meditation. After all, the stronger the collective belief, the greater its willpower to sustain and inevitably flow.
So, are we all ready to take it to the next level and bask in our inherent, invaluable glory? Want to know how to embrace the ebbs and flows in meditation like acceptance and rejection? Does anyone have any questions on how to be more abundant flow? Any questions, concerns, experiences, or general thoughts?
Meanwhile, why not meditate on miracles and flow with the art of meditation?
