How to Just Breathe to Heal & Accentuate – Amazing, Authentic?!
In my experience, being calm when your anxiety is at its pinnacle seems all but impossible. Yet, the reality is quite different: I’m possible. We possess the power to transmute the worst into the best. For some, we need to ensure that our emotions align with what we intend to attract. For others, we need to alter our train of thought. Either way, we are possible. If only we could learn how to just breathe to heal and accordingly accentuate.
In other words, how do we let go of our negative thoughts, habits, patterns, and behaviors? How do we allow ourselves to feel lost and embrace this visceral sensation? Most importantly, how can we stop forgetting how to do the obvious?
Yes, you heard that correctly. Taking a breather is one of the most second nature things we can do. We must give ourselves the tools necessary to rebound from the everyday matters of life. Life is more than enough to overwhelm us. As a result, we might feel like everything is outside of our control.
Listen to Your Mind, Body, and Soul

Well, for starters, breathing makes the difference between life and death; it’s a lifesaver. Yet, it is so ironic that our need for oxygen is what kills us in the end. I digress, but how else would oxygen survive?
Anyways, that is inconsequential in the now, I suppose. That said, how can we make the most of today? How can we enjoy all that life offers? Why is it vital to take full advantage of our supply, oxygenated or otherwise?
Of course, breathing goes deeper than breathing. In other words, learning how to breathe is a rainbow of air. Accordingly, I believe there is more than one way to skin a cat or contract a lung or two!
How to Just Breathe to Heal: Walk Away

Have you ever felt more replenished, refreshed, and reinvigorated after you’ve had time and space to clear your head? Did you come back with a fresh, innovative, revitalized perspective?
Then again, what do we have to prove? Why do we feel as though we must latch on to the weight of the world?
Why not let life unfold? What’s the worst thing that can happen?
Be Mindful, Be Alchemist

Or maybe we need to evaluate ourselves by a different standard or criteria. After all, we tend to be our worst critics. So, wouldn’t we stop pouring salt on our wounds if we let it just breathe?
Again, what is the harm in cutting ourselves some slack? Wouldn’t that be such a treat?
How much better would we feel if we took deep breaths in moments of distress? Why not elevate in the knowledge the quality of life is in the power of the lungs?
Without a doubt, what makes us mortal is the very same thing that makes us formidably human. So, why are we worried? Yeah, we all probably have a list of worries spanning the size of an abyss. Yep, life beats us black and blue.
But, what are we making out of life? Is life happening to us or for us to live?
Invest Your Energy Wisely

Yet, how can we open one door if all the other doors won’t close?
Don’t hyperventilate the door into the closer (if you catch my drift)? Yes, breathing is a luxurious heir. Yet, simultaneously, wasting our energy is real life. What if we could invest all our energy in just being? What if we could get some time back by not worrying incessantly about the lack thereof?
I have one word for you: meditate. Meditate on how to just breathe to heal. Meditate regardless of the affairs of your state.
In reality, I can spout at the mouth all day about works for me, but only you know what works best. And, that’s why I am here: to encourage you to find your peace. Then again, I am also doing this for myself. I am all the things I thought I never had to keep myself in high esteem. That said, we don’t lack anything. Anything to the contrary is an illusion worth exposing.
Contrary to popular belief, being selfish contains karmic benefits. We help others by helping ourselves and vice versa. So, why not reap this karmic bank? As you can see, being a narcissist can be healthy under such circumstances. In other words, putting ourselves first is healthy. So, we must treat ourselves like our best friends and model this behavior to others.
How else are we going to catch a breather?
Sometimes we need to set boundaries for ourselves. Other times we need to remove these boundaries. As a result, we must give our lives an honest, open, fair assessment.
What gives us energy? What takes our energy? How must we find the balance concerning the dynamic?
One Step at a Time
That’s it!!!
Perhaps all we need to be is all that we seek. We cannot attempt to accomplish everything simultaneously. Remember, Rome is at least a twelve-step program. As such, healing is going to take time. Didn’t it take time to feel wounded and out of breath?
Notice how I said, “feel wounded and out of breath?” Why is that?
You are NOT wounded nor out of breath, yet your subconscious mind thinks that. FOCUS ON THIS:
You ARE alive, well, and healed.
Even when we don’t feel like ourselves, we are ourselves, only better. We are everything we need to thrive and then some.
We are better than what’s got us overwhelmed? We are powerful, complete, and divine. The limitless within the limited is our prime.
As such, we must allow all things to happen in divine time. We would only need to force things to happen if we didn’t have control, power, or influence. And, the last time I checked, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Yet, one must ask to what extent does free will exist?
How much can we control all things, people, ideas, places, or events outside of ourselves?
Perhaps a more accurate way to word the original question would be, are the purposes of free will that of intrinsic or extrinsic value? Therefore, all the power lies in letting go of external control.
Why clean a room and not anticipating it getting dirty again? Why iron clothes as though they won’t wrinkle again?
Sure, doing these menial activities help. But, there is only so much we can do to control what is beyond our realm of control. Thus, why not just control what we can and maximize the effect? Why not let go of what is reducing the quality of our being?
How to Just Breathe to Heal: Accept All Life
Life is pain either way. But, life is also joy. Objectively, all we experience is neither good nor bad, neither true nor false, neither valid nor invalid.
However, subjectively, we feel this way, and that’s what makes us human. It’s okay. We are better for it.
In the end, we must give ourselves the benefit of the doubt. Yes, some days are going to provoke us. Other days are going to remind us of how much we’ve grown. Regardless, everything is a growing experience.
The more we breathe, the more flow we inherit. The less we try, the less we self-sabotage.
Yet, if you happen to fall short of the points in this article, it’s alright. It’s going to happen, so why fight the inevitable. Why not love that your progress is on the incline?
