Have you ever wanted to expand your spiritual horizons? Does your soul prompt you to new and expanded horizons? Do you feel the need the nourish your spiritual health? Are you looking to utilize meditation to feed your soul?
Well, guess what? You are at the right place at the right time as I’ve got you covered.
In this post, I will be exploring why meditation for spiritual health is rather crucial for you to continue your journey to become your greatest, most enlightened version.
These seven tips will help you to further your dimensions and vibrate with robust spiritual health. It is truly soul food.
To nurture your spiritual health, you have to keep watering your seed. You have to also give your inner creations quality time in the sun.
It is important to find balance. The last thing you want to do is meditate too much or too little.
The best advice, in advance, for your inevitable harvest is to do what works best for you. It is okay to make mistakes. All you have to do is step back and learn for them.
Think of it this way:
You are always harvesting at some point and time. The question is: did I harvest what I know I am more than deserving of?
Of course, naturally, the answer is usually a mixture of both. After all, life is an open response question.
If your seed is to develop your spiritual health from meditation, you will see success. This is especially true if, or rather when, you water the plant and give it the right amount of sunshine.
Soon, you will have an entire garden in the making. Meanwhile, pluck up the weeds. Jump back in the ring.
Harvest Time is Your Time.
Into the Unknown
Yes, this is a Frozen 2 reference. And for good measure.
It is important to understand the spiritual side of life is not all that apparent to the naked eye. Matter of factly, it is not that obvious to a five sense. It requires you to embrace your sixth sense to overcome the fear of the unknown.
The thing is this fear doesn’t have to be specific. It can be as vague as ice itself.
You just know that you have to break the ice and thaw the tension within.
Meditation is a journey with several ups and downs, bumps and bruises, highs, and lows. The result is still the same: you un-know yourself.
Correct. You don’t know yourself. You know who you think you are. This is the person you’ve been conditioned to be.
When you focus on your innermost self, you find yourself in a frozen sea of lostness. Suddenly, it is clear that going into the unknown is an eventuality.
As with change, the unknown is staying.
It is up to you to dive deep and make it known.
Make Your Weaknesses Strengths
What do you struggle with most with meditation?
Is it proper breathwork? Is it closing out the world? Do you struggle with balance? Perhaps meditation adds to your anxiety. Perhaps you don’t know if you are doing it right?
I have an article about this and you can check it out here:
Whatever the case might be, it is okay. There is nothing wrong with being “bad” at meditation. Neither is there anything “wrong” with not having a clue? These are all normal concerns.
As I’ve stated here:
10 Meditation Ideas for Beginners — Improve Effectiveness, Improve Results
Rome wasn’t built in a day.
In layman’s terms, you are going to have some weaknesses. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t be reading this article looking for ways to strengthen your mental health.
It is essential to remember this:
Does Meditation Improve Mental Health | Top 3 Steps to Recovery
10 Meditation Ideas for Beginners — Improve Effectiveness, Increase Results
There is no such thing as good or bad, right or wrong when it comes to meditation.
I guess, in a sense, you can say that meditation is amoral. It quite simply just is.
All you need do is identify your weaknesses and making them stronger.
Focus on exercising your muscles.
But first, you have to breakdown to breakthrough.
You can find MORE about this natural process here:
Just keep watering your seed.
Even if your plant is frail, you can give it wealth.
Make Your Strengths Stronger
It is a common assumption that when something is doing very well, we don’t have to work on it anymore. Not so fast!
There is always room for improvement. Always. When you see something is working in your meditation, keep up the momentum. Do more of the same, only better.
However, this is why it is important to remind yourself of what you do well. Focus on what’s working then expand.
But, as an extension of the last point, you have to eliminate to accentuate.
Simply put, contract your weaknesses to expand your strengths.
Nobody or nothing is perfect but it is well worth the shot.
So, if you have a few (or dozens) of strengthens, make it stronger.
Build your muscles. Find your voice. Focus on improvement.
Remember, that you are getting better every day.
To be greater is to become stronger.
Watch this!: How to Deal With Negativity | Healing Power of Transmutation
What does this mean?
How does this apply?
Well, energy is neither created nor destroyed, only transferred from one state to the next. It is a basic rule of thermodynamics.
So even if your spiritual health is failing, you can and will turn it around.
How? Channel your energy into your greatest version.
Focus less on the problem and more on the solution.
It is never too late. Furthermore, time doesn’t even exist. You have to space to make wave.
You can always turn a frown upside down.
But it all starts with you. Yes, dear reader, you are special and more than capable.
If your spiritual health is malnourished, nourish it.
If you meditate infrequently, meditate more infrequently.
Perhaps you need to go deeper with it. Do just that.
Do the opposite of what is holding you back. Feel it as if it is already there. Just be it.
Envision your spiritual health as robust, vibrant, and stronger than an ox. Let the light shine in.
Turn the negative into positive.
Change your thoughts and you will notice a world of difference.
You are the power of healing and transmutation. You are a winner!
To transmute is to move from better to best.
Lose the Stigma
Stigma has no place meddling in your health.
Believe it or not, your spiritual health is just as invaluable as say your physical health. And by extension, your spiritual health directly impacts your mental health. Do what you are. Be what you do.
It is time to debunk the insidious myths shrouding health. Regardless of what form, health is health. Believe that your health, spiritual and otherwise, is healthy.
If you were physically malnourished, you would do everything in your power to get fed. To not starve.
Treat your spiritual health with the same gloves. It is delicate, precious, and beyond words.
Imagine your spiritual health is well-fed and nourished.
How do you feel?
What have you since gained in the process?
Losing the stigma is like weightless shoulders.
And it is always important to remember that your health is your wealth.
You deserve to feel healthy, wealthy, and rich beyond your years.
Your happiness and success is a product of your astonishing health.
Your health is flying higher than the sky.
Gain Healthy Life.
Be What You Seek
As pointed out earlier:
All meditation is spiritual meditation:
What is a Spiritual Meditation | 4 Ways to Tap Into Your Inner Self
However, not all meditation is for spiritual health though. It should be, to each is his own.
And that’s where you come in. Life requires you to cultivate useful skills and talents. This is no different.
Regardless of how much bliss and love you are seeking, that is who you are.
You are spiritual health in great abundance. Your spiritual health is wealthier than this world.
It is not that you are going to a place of spiritual health, you are coming from a place of spiritual health.
It is a matter of re-membering who you are and which state of being you belong to.
Therefore, instead of wanting or trying to be what you seek, just be it.
Just be who you were born to be.
Allow the positive energies to overflow in your cup.
But first, to reiterate, you have to empty your cup to fill it with spiritual health. And then came the snowball effect.
You are already there. You made it.
Realize that you are spiritually healthy.
Above all, you are on the right path.
Now, just take a load off and just breathe.
To live is to be.
You are Healthy in Every Way
This is the real, unconditioned you: healthy every day in every way.
In the end, meditation for spiritual health is the best route to take.
But, meditation doesn’t just stop in the bedroom. Meditation is in everything you do.
And quite frankly, everything is spiritual. Everything (and everyone) is an opportunity to enhance your spiritual health.
Even so-called curses are blessings in disguise, red herrings in demise.
You’ve got this.
You are brilliant, resilient, intelligent, high-vibrational, incredibly self-aware, and above all wealthy spiritual health.
Whether it is the food you eat, the people you hang out with, all the way to music you listen to, your soul is beautiful.
You are colorful, creative, and cultured.
Even if you disagree, hold yourself in high esteem.
Every day you are stronger greater and better.
I have faith in you.
You are meditation for spiritual health.
Be your healthiest version.
