Mindfulness Meditation Script
Since when do we stick to the script? Do you know of anyone who does 100% of any task 100% the same way? Wouldn’t it be impossible to do the same thing and yet expect a different result? How must one be mindful of who they really are? What is your mindfulness meditation script? How is it looking and what can be improved moving forward?
Contrary to popular belief, it isn’t just screenwriters or directors who determine the final cut of a movie. Anyone can be the conscious scripter of their reality. It does not require a degree or background education. All it requires is the willingness to be vulnerable, wrong, and well-learned. Of course, this comes with progress. The closest we can ever really get is perfectly imperfect. Yet, it is everyone’s duty to be mindful of this meditation script. Again, meditation is whatever you want it to be. And while it most certainly can be anything, it can’t be everything. How do you want your life to turn out? What can be done in the present to live and breathe a future beyond measure? Why must the mindfulness meditation script dictate every facet of our being, sometimes without our knowing?
Well, luckily for you, most, if not all, of those questions will be answered with this article. Provided that meditation is all about powerful surrender, just know that time is of the essence. But, not exactly how you had in mind.
Essentially, this article will examine what is necessary to bring the mindfulness meditation script to life:
- Script!
- Be Present
- Focus on Being
- Take Accountability
- Accept Better
Script!
If a picture is worth a thousand words, then the pen is worth a thousand swords. Sounds like a riddle doesn’t it?!
Well, it’s not. In fact, studies show that you are ~42% more likely to accomplish a goal when you write it down. This means that whatever you want to manifest, make it plain before your eyes. It could be anything. Try not to worry about how absurd or ridiculous you think it might be. Just make sure that you know what you want. More often than not, people don’t know what they want. Because of this, they are merely regurgitating what other people want for this. This is spawned out of other people trying to use you to fulfill their dreams. As a result, it blocks the flow of you manifesting your dreams.
Moreover, script like you are your best friend. Don’t write anything that you wouldn’t want to happen to you. In other words, to the best of your ability, do what is in your best interest. Also, if you have a vision in your head, just know that you are the screenwriter and director of your movie. So, try writing some positive affirmations and imagining the words in your head as you meditate. After all, you are the VERY best!!
Be Present
As with meditation, your focus is not on ruminating over the past or worrying about the future. On the contrary, the focus is on being in the present moment. Just allow yourself to get lost in the process. Let your intuition speak to you and listen accordingly. The subconscious mind represents all the potential you have in the world and thus speaks the language of being present. So, what are some positive affirmations that can be utilized for a mindfulness meditation script? Should it be in the first, second, or third tense? Does it have to be short and sweet?
Yes and no. That depends on what you want. Nonetheless, I am going to provide a template for these positive affirmations:
First Person:
I am so happy and grateful now that I am embracing the changes in my life.
I am so happy and grateful now that I am better every day in every way.
Second Person:
[Name] you are doing such an amazing, incredible job with your presentation.
You’ve got this [name]. You are in control. You are okay. Let it all out, you are gonna do fantastic!
Third Person:
[Name] is such an intelligent, wise person.
He/she/they is/are making progress every day in every way.
As you can see, there is more than one way to write a mindfulness meditation script. All it takes is passion, grit, optimism, and a recursive mindset. Good writing is rewriting.
Focus on Being
People use meditation for a number of reasons, one of which includes the law of attraction (LOA). Desires range from love to wealth to health to intelligence. Again, it is not a one-shoe size fits all situation. The irony is not in getting lost in all the things you don’t have nor treating the distractions as though they are the focus.
The truth will let you be — yes, that was a pun on a well-known proverb. Basically, you have to be mindful of the fact that you’ve still got it. In reality, you always have. Everything you desire is inside of your heart. The question, however, is rather or not that desire is locked away in a chest or excavated. Nonetheless, a treasure remains. But, to have all you want around is to be all you are within.Sure, it isn’t rocket science, yet it isn’t exactly a walk in the park either. Focusing on being is neither a piece of cake nor easier done than said. Despite this, it can and will be done. You already do. Every day in every way, you are manifesting. Sometimes this includes a mindfulness meditation script; other times this doesn’t.
As a result, whatever you focus on grows. So, if you desire to have something, focus on abundance, not lack, scarcity, or limitation. Focus on the feeling of already having what you so desperately crave. Focus on being.
In essence, you have it all and you are it all. You’ve just gotta believe that such miracles do indeed exist on a daily basis.
Take Accountability
You’ve got the power. Yes, I am talking to you. You are powerful, strong, intelligent, resilient, amazing, and more than enamored to breakthrough. But, sometimes we forget just how great and legendary we are. We begin to believe that all the power lies outside of us. We point the finger at other people and more importantly ourselves.
This is not because we think so lowly of ourselves but rather because we know how unbreakable we are. To be honest, we fear what would happen if we stepped outside of our comfort zones. We fear how spreading our wings too far will make us feel. So, instead of running back to your cave and throwing in the towel, get back in the ring and ROAR. You are the only person like you. You are the one and only. First and foremost, your mindfulness meditation script is all about taking accountability.
Be gentle with yourself. Allow yourself to learn. Let yourself be a passenger to the human experience. Grow from pain.
Of course, taking accountability is not about giving yourself a scathing review. It is about acceptance. Accountability is about accepting where you are, loving yourself, and putting your best foot forward. What more can you do?
Also, less is more. The simpler and more concise, the more effective the outcome. In the end, you are the CEO of your life’s story. Stop being a side character when this your movie!!
Accept Better
Above all, it is important to allow your mindfulness meditation script to change as necessary. Even you have more than one connotation. On the one hand, you are exactly who you think. On the other hand, you are this person you had no idea existed. Yet, it is the latter that most tend to neglect. Without a doubt, this is your inner voice. Of course, this is the non-schizophrenic variety. We live in a society that is very head-based. It’s all about the facts and evidence.
You are probably thinking, “why should I believe you, Miracle?!!” Or, maybe not. I’ve been wrong before. Being wrong is the only way to appreciate being right. The same concept applies to the heads or tail relationship between failure and success.
Nonetheless, one must be open to improving their craft. If better ideas come to you as you embark on your mindfulness meditation journey, allow this to flow. Allow this to flow into your greater scripting experience. It is okay if you don’t have the perfect script. No one does. But, there is one thing that all the greats have in common: persistence.
This isn’t about being narrow-minded, rigid, or unbelievably fickle by no means. This is about moving forward whilst being as adaptable, open, and resilient as possible. Let your raft get caught up in the current. Let your ever-expanding vision submerge you. Allow the waterfall of opportunity to wash away all old, unhealthy beliefs and limitations. Then, emerge with an enlightened, reinvigorated perspective. There are levels to this script!!
Why is your mindfulness meditation script the examined life at its best? Why must you accept better, yet inquire for greater? Are you ready to be the infinite co-creator of your reality?
I would love to learn more, in a deep dive sort of way, about the scripting aspect. Namely, what is scripting, why it’s important, how it can make a difference in your meditation outcome (not just for LOA!), how you can use it in meditation, specific examples, etc. I really appreciated the part about using different tenses. That could definitely have a different effect depending on which tense you use. Third person is like other people are validating you, second person almost feels like a parent is encouraging you, and first person like you validating yourself. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for being honest about your thoughts, inquiries, and commentary!!

I have to say, I learned a few new things from it but I also was reminded of many facts i was previously aware of, yet it’s still good to get a reminder of these things from time to time.
