How to raise your vibration frequency
Haven’t we all heard the phrase, “your vibe attracts your tribe“? Well, if you haven’t, you certainly aren’t alone. As a matter of fact, there is a first time for everything. However, whereas the happiness we feel is fleeting, joy is eternal.
Essentially, the same concept applies to pain. We are all just passengers to the emotions that we experience. And, it’s not that we are necessarily driving our emotions, let alone being them. We just have a habit of over-identifying with the ones that make us feel the most unlike ourselves. Quite frankly, this is the ego running a country mile to paraphrase the Isley Brothers.
Anyways, Rome was not built in a day. For example, if your vibe is resonating at shame, don’t expect for it to suddenly raise to that of enlightenment. Yes, these are rather extreme examples, but this only proves my point more. Progress.
Meditation is all about non-judgmental acceptance and this is no different. When we desire to expand our consciousness and increase our awareness, we have to set our intention down to the most cellar level. In other words, change comes from within and it is crucial to do all the shadow work necessary to have our breakthrough.
In the end, the key to raising our vibration is identification. What works, what doesn’t work. The time is now to see life from a bird’s eye view, even if that means accepting the fact that our vibe is similar to that of a worm.
As a result, this meditation ascension article will examine seven ways to raise your vibration frequency:

- Content with Life

Where I am
Again, it doesn’t matter where you are right now. Really, the only thing ever standing in your way is you.
But, when we all accepting where we are, that is how we can move. Constantly trying to move is only going to push us further into the quicksand, a rabbit hole of everything we don’t want.
So, like when you are first learning how to meditate, you have to accept how green, naked and exposed you are. And if this means admitting the possibility that you might entirely be on the wrong path, this is definitely an excellent start.
Even if it seems like a hindrance, it is actually a breakthrough. There are few things more powerful than self-ownership. And we do exactly just that when we take off the rose-colored glasses and accept where we are at on our journey.
Content with Life
Likewise, we rarely always get everything we want. Yet, believe it or not, we just about always get what we need. The question we must beg pertains to what we make out of what we have, who we are, and how we let life shape us and more accurately the identity we most vibe with.
Sometimes we view ourselves as victims — the world is out to get us and nothing ever goes right. Other times we see ourselves as victors — survivors who understand that the past made them stronger, in greater Vibration/alignment.
Consequently, we all fall in both categories from time to time. But, it is a matter of deciding which train you are going to hop on which the tracks start splittin’.
Until then, it is important to be thankful for all you are and have and to express this daily. That way, you can keep attracting more of the same positive vibrations.
Also, we all have to get to a point of contentment. Otherwise, we cannot enjoy the plentiful blessings right before our eyes.
If we don’t want to be taken for granted, we can’t take the power of contentment for granted.
Moving Forward Vibration
What else can we do? We cannot just stay stuck our entire lives without having a movement, right?
Well, that depends. Oftentimes we keep repeating the same mistakes/issues in our lives because we still have to learn. And as much as I want to say otherwise, it is more than plausible to argue the more we bump our heads, the more thorough our understanding. Thus, try not to beat yourself up if you feel, in any way, trapped. It’s okay as it is a natural part of life.
But just as winter changes to spring, spring changes to summer, and summer changes to autumn, this season shall pass. Above all, just know that when we keep our eyes on the prize and keep moving, we will rise with the high-vibe truth in our hearts and minds. Remember, it’s the thought that counts.
You are What You…
Speaking of thoughts, that is a very nice, intriguing gesture. What are you when you don’t know what you are, when you don’t know who you are? Why is meditation the route to the examined life?
These are rhetorical questions that we must all muse over. Notice I said muse and not ruminate. Furthermore, meditation is an excellent catalyst for being aware of your habits and finding a way to restructure them.
But, first and foremost, it all boils down to your thoughts. I am almost one-hundred percent certain that nothing would exist if not for the basis of thought. It is the cell of all manifestation, a basic building block or element of who we become.
And while this might be out of our control when we are seven years or younger, we are still in control. If we want to change our lives from the inside out, we have to start from the inside for the end result to be noticeable on the outside.
Indeed, you are what you think, which influences the way in which you speak, eat, and perceive.
Powerful Surrender Vibration
I feel weak. I am afraid to feel vulnerable. What is going to happen if I surrender to the most inauspicious attributes of my life?
We have all had dialogue similar to that above. Then again, maybe, maybe not.
Here is the thing: it is not everyday advice. It goes against the science of conventional wisdom to be powerful and yet surrender. To be honest, when I first came across this concept, I didn’t exactly know what to make of it.
I was quite bewildered and befuddled by this. However, I was so intrigued to dig deeper into this that it led me to a moment of eureka: the power lies in letting yourself be open.
When we have a wound, emotional or otherwise, it is second nature to want to cover it up. We think we look stronger when we mask our wounds and keep them on the DL. But, in actuality, we are stronger, greater, and better for them. Instead of being in the clear, we must allow ourselves to be scarred. Scarred by people, things, events. Scarred by the pain we’ve felt.
Really being scarred can take any theme or connotation thereof. Nonetheless, if we are going to mask the face of our challenges, we might as well be honest with ourselves. So, why not be as honest as possible?
Thus, we must let ourselves feel what is meant to feel. We must let life unfold the way it is meant to and trust the process — isn’t this just like meditation?!! The only way out is through.
Love the Power Vibration
Wait, what? Why are we fighting the power again? Why fight the power when we are the power?
More often than not, the media portrays the wrong image of what encapsulates power. We get the vibe (pun intended) that it is either about overthrowing the government that loves to leave us powerless, in ruin, and/or shambles, or being greedy, selfish, and/or money-hungry to no perceivable end.
Despite this, these aforementioned ideologies are the antithesis of what real power stands for. As in the collective belief willpower of group meditation, real power empowers. It is neither selfish not selfless, yet it stands up for all selves.
Plus, the love vibration is who we all are. There is no need to fight that. Instead, we must love who we are underneath the guise of our false, oftentimes egocentric/manic selves. We only fight the power because we fear the insurmountable power within. We think the power is powerless when in fact we have given too much power away to the idea of being powerless and thereby feel obliged to fight for and conversely against an inherent quality in which we believe we lack.
The truth is, we are power in great abundance. But first, we must meditate on the fact that this universe is rich, abundant, and limitless in every lovely way. To love ourselves is to love the power within and thereby around in us sans them.
And finally, at last, we’ve got to learn to let us go to paraphrase Kesha. I think this is arguably the biggest step to raising your vibration in your journey to meditation ascension. Eventually, after going to hell and back so many times, the notion of weightless shoulders becomes quite the ravishing treat!
And that’s the trick. Being the turning point you oh so deserve.
We can only hold on to so much. And like too many groceries in one whop, we will begin to drop some items on the way up, hopefully, the accessories that no longer serve us.
Furthermore, we can’t be caterpillars forever. Eventually, we will catalyze into the butterflies we all are. It just takes one step at a time and shedding the skin that we have outgrown.
Therefore, try to take life as it comes and goes, ebbs and flows. It is not a good thing; it is not a bad thing. Yet, it is in the cyclic, evolutionary nature of everything. So, in divine timing, we all begin to eradicate the flight risk. Planes that is.
Indeed, in the meditation ascension process, we are the highs and lows, the turbulence and calm, the heavy and the light. It is all a part of the process. And yet, we are just as much a passenger as a pilot.

That was worth reading. I find this information life-changing. However, you point out that “the only thing standing in your way is you” and I fully agree with you. You are in charge of your life and consequently, you and only you have the power to change it for the better. That includes me and to be honest, I need to start doing things for myself otherwise my life will stay the same and I do not want that.

Thank you for sharing this valuable information. I feel like information on how to raise our own personal vibration and becoming more spiritually enlightened has been lost throughout history. Many don’t believe it to be possible, thinking it to be a hoax or something out of a sci-fi movie. I will say that I have been trying to raise my own vibrational frequency over the last several years and it’s been a rewarding experience. I started my spiritual journey in the fall of 2010, and I’m still not where I wish to be but I am a lot further than I was before.
