To Live or to Let Live
Honestly, you don’t have to choose between one or another. But, that is oftentimes what it can seem like in the absence of meditation. Still, I just found myself utterly inspired by this philosophy as it has deep lore and root in Shakesphere mythology. Yet, to live or to let live is way more than fantasy; it is the real deal. And, it can be your real deal when you meditate and be the best life you can be.
First and foremost, it is the willingness to admit that you are not living. Most, if not all, of us, are conditioned to operate from an existence-only mode of being. It is merely the essentials of survival if even that. We find ourselves having a feud between our lives and everyone else. Consequently, we falsely believe that life has got to be survival of the fittest.
In actuality, this is a hindrance to evolution. Just barely making it, in more ways than one, and failing to thrive in the best way imaginable couldn’t possibly be living. It’s like being on life support. A vegetable that is shriveling up as we speak.
Nonetheless, with the aid of meditation, you become more aligned with your higher self. You begin to realize that amidst all the scarcity, you are an abundance mindset and/or mentality. You are deserving of the right to live and by extension allow others to live and breathe in that great, fresh, stellar prana.
Thus, this article will examine the three core elements of the to live or to let live mentality:
- Willingness to Accept
- Daring to be Bold, Authentic, and Original
- Enjoying the Simplest Pleasures
Willingness to Accept
Indeed, meditation is less about being strong and more about the willingness to accept your weaknesses. It serves as the perfectly imperfect catalyst for realizing that the power is from within. Yes, sometimes, like everyone else, you deserve to be reminded of just how unbreakable, yet malleable you are.
In other words, you are always changing and yet the essence of your true core is, without a doubt, stable, sober, and sound. It is just a matter of accepting your true nature. After all, life is meant to be thoroughly enjoyed, appreciated, and lived.
Thus, when you accept yourself, you begin to accept others. Essentially, it is an endless cycle of giving and receiving non-judgmental acceptance. This is how life is meant to be. If there is true love, then there is true life. This is it.
So, as with faith, it only takes a little bit of willingness to get to a turning point of acceptance. Of course, it takes time to cultivate such an enriching, empowering virtue. But, it is well worth the wealthy investment.
Daring to be Bold, Authentic, and Original
Yes, this is a dare. More often than not, people are afraid to just be themselves. There are an uncountable amount of stigmas that place a wall between who you want to be, who society expects you to be, and more importantly who you are.
And yet, it is just as much of truth as it is dare. Consequently, meditation is a profound aid for you to get in vibration with who you are. You begin to peel back all the layers as to who you thought you were to see the real, excavated you. The exquisite, invaluable treasure of a being. Plus, it is vital to remember that not all wanders are lost.
And, when you focus on letting all your heart desires come to you. That is when your bold, authentic, and original self will shine through.
As Ralph Smart quips, “the universe reveals its secrets to those who dare to follow their hearts.”
How to Trust the Universe’s plan and let go *life changing*
For instance, if you are afraid to be yourself because of how society might misconstrue you, just know that you are greatly needed in this world. If you were not significant, you wouldn’t have existed in the first place. As a result, the world is an incredibly better place when you find your soul’s purpose. When you find out who you are and live accordingly.
Because of this, the next time you want to do something and have doubts, remember to take a chance on yourself. Try to keep in mind that you are the happiest when you are the most like yourself. As yourself. This encapsulates meditation like fine wine.
Enjoying the Simplest Pleasures to Live
Sometimes life is about working smarter and harder. Other times, we all just need to have fun, relax, and play. Finding a work-life balance has never been more imperative, especially in the brisk-necked pace of modern society. As a result, investing the time in silently enjoying the many simple, understated pleasures of life can perform wonders for your health and well-being.
It constitutes a rather solid definition of expressing gratitude. Of being a vibrational match for all that is gratitude.
However, it is equally, if not more, easier to focus on the negative and complain instead of counting our blessings. It can seem like there is nothing positive to recount. Despite this, most of the pleasures are right on the nose. So close to home you might miss them.
Indeed, if you allow, the complexities of life can overwhelm you or leave you feeling bewildered or flustered. Yet, keeping the following concept at the forefront of your thinking might help, as Dr. Patrick Porter emphasizes, “spirit is simple, man is complex.” Moreover, you are not a human having a spiritual experience. Quite frankly, it is vice versa.
But, for the time being, life is for the living. This is the world of ego, baby. The purpose is to transmute from the frequencies of fear and hatred to that of love and understanding. This, of course, is all while having fun with the process and enjoying the lessons and growth opportunities.
Indeed, learning is meant to be fun. And with Meditation, you might find yourself laughing as you meditate on miracles.
So sure, exploring a foreign, exotic country is exhiliratingly novel to say the least, but the greatest pleasures are derived from the willingness to enjoy the simplest, most natural of tasks. And being more of all that you love.
In the end, to live and to let live is to meditate on being all you seek and then some.
I do me, you do you, we be lit! There is no judgment, criticism, or shame when you let yourself live and practice that philosophy within and around. There is only acceptance, enlightenment, and a refreshing wave of contentment.
Just imagine how profoundly healthy, vibrant, and robust society would be if we were collectively individual. Being ourselves is the key to freedom. Enlightenment arises from creating your own path and riding the accompanying tide.
Overall, meditation is the ultimate way to adopt this philosophy. In a sense, it is the missing key to living the life of least resistance. A life in which you become your greatest ally instead of your worst enemy. And luckily for you, with every breath you take, the more you will be enabled to give this to others and continue to meditate.
Above all, you are not to live or to let live. You are to live and to let live.
