What is a synchronicity?
First and foremost, we need to understand what is a synchronicity and how it means before we can put it within the context of meditation. Accordingly, this will give greater continuity, flow, and background to the purpose of synchronicity. As such, according to the ECO Institute, “Simply put, synchronicity is the simultaneous occurrence of two or more seemingly unrelated events.” This shows that synchronicity is when at least two events occur even though the probability of them happening is actually very slim in reality. Because of this, synchronicity is especially important as it stands out from the rest.
The ECO Institute states that this could manifest in the form of angel numbers such as 333, 444, 555, etc. Usually, these synchronicities manifest in a way that is unmistakable to the person, or recipient, experiencing them, not to mention how synchronicities exist in more ways than one (i.e. feathers, repeated events, songs on the radio). However, that is the issue.
Speaking of meditation, synchronicity is the gap between what you experienced and what science can prove. Because of this, Self Growth reports that “they’re outside of the realm of science but they aren’t outside of your own experience.” As such, synchronicity resonates because it is personally valuable to the individual. ECO Institute contends that seeing the same synchronicities repeated makes them statistically significant. Thus, it is a big deal when a very slim coincidence becomes more purposeful than the majority of events in daily life.
As a result, this article will further explain the significance of synchronicity and how meditation enhances these encounters.
Anecdotal Examples
Some events are more than a pure coincidence. Matter of factly, even some scientists argue that we are all living in a multiverse simulation (Eco-Institute). So, it is not out of the ordinary that immeasurable events have scientific appeal, especially in the quantum field discipline. For example, you could be driving on the highway and are just seconds away from dying. You are between two vehicles that are right about to crash into you. Yet, you narrowly escape the grasp of death.
Why? What very slim event occurred to save your life?
Contrary to popular belief, you took the right turn. Perhaps you saw a message telling you to slow down (Self Growth). And, like the woke, spiritually receptive person you are, you obeyed the call for survival. After all, “The central goal of meditation is to help you slow down, quiet your mind and be still.” By the same token, it prompts you to ask, “What are synchronicities trying to tell me? (Eco-Institute)” Now you are here to tell the story.
As you can see, you can verify what happened and what it meant to you in retrospection, but science cannot really verify the real explanation behind this rather bizarre happening. Indeed, it feels like a waking dream imposing upon your reality (Eco-Institute). As such, to them, you just got lucky or narrowly beat the statistically grim odds.
Other examples include a person calling you when you were just thinking about them and/or nurturing an individual when you were thinking about doing or needing that yourself (Self Growth). To reiterate, perhaps the same lyrics, people, and messages keep entering your experience and following you around – scary and exhilarating! Personally, I can attest that synchronicity is not only a confirmation that you are all but alone but thus a telepathic fusion.
That said, it is nice to find someone who is broad-minded enough to accept your synchronicity. Because, whether we pay attention or not, it happens to everyone. Synchronicity is universally personal.
Interestingly enough, the same message applies to meditation. We all need to slow down and listen to how the universe has been communicating with us (Eco-Institute), presumably this entire time.
Meditation + Flow = Synchronicity
Believe it or not, you can not meditate and still experience synchronicity. Without a doubt, though, meditation certainly won’t hurt your odds of experiencing synchronicity. To be honest, I would argue meditation lessens the probability of experiencing negative synchronicity. In other words, you experience fewer restrictions and flow by repeated unpleasant situations. Indeed, there is a method out of the madness.
As such, that is the connection between meditation and synchronicity. Flow. Flow is the root of all synchronicity.
And, not only does meditation increase flow but it also enables you to raise your vibration. Furthermore, meditation is vastly beneficial for the mind and body and thus “you’ll also feel your spiritual self raising to a higher vibration/level (Eco-Institute). Accordingly, this proves that meditation puts you into greater alignment with who you are and what you are meant to experience to elevate you into your greatest version thereof.
This is an ideal way to attract what you want and repel what you don’t. Yes, you are a magnet for flow!! In regard to meditation, flow, and synchronicity, who doesn’t want the confirmation that all is well and effortlessly flowing in unison?
Speaking of flow, people will begin to notice how happier, more relaxed you are. This is an increasingly statistically significant coincidence entering your experience. As such, meditate regularly, preferably once in the morning, once in the evening, to see if your life flows better, to “see if synchronicities don’t just happen to occur more often in your life” (Self Growth). Let the synchronicity flow to you.
What Synchronicity Entails

Well, meditation is a sign that you are on the right path. It indicates that you have done the right things to align with your soul’s purpose. In my experience, it is congratulations from the universe that you have been progressing forward. Also, I’ve noted that synchronicity is the gap between break down and breakthrough. We must see what has blinded us to further illuminate our path. After all, things must get worst before they can get any better. Moreover, whether times are good or bad, there is always an invaluable lesson.
There is always an opportunity to find yourself in a lost sea. Except, it is only a sea. The eternal bliss of possibility, that happens to be you and me, is an ocean indeed.
The messages won’t stop until we slow down, face the music, and embrace their significance.
As such, not only is synchronicity a definitive sign of being on the right path but also a message that you are “being guided by the universe” (Eco-Institute). By the same token, Eco-Institute confirms that you are to take note of these divine occurrences at the exact moment and observe your thoughts, which reveal what the particular synchronicity entails.
More importantly, synchronicity is the bridge between the inner and outer worlds (Eco-Institute). As such, it is all about manifestation and alignment. Quite simply, synchronicity is the symbiotic relationship between you, your higher self, and the divine realm. Within and around. As such, Self Growth reports that it is important to journal these synchronicities and thereby get a more succinct perspective on what they entail.
How to Experience Greater Synchronicity
“What is the secret to increasing synchronicity in my life?” ~ Eco-Institute
In the end, meditation is the fastest, most effective way to experience even more synchronicity. There is no better way to access the divine realm and enter such a blissful, high-vibe state of flow and awareness. Although, some can argue that prayer is just as quick, if not quicker, at getting you on this better-synchronized path. But, then again, meditation is a form of prayer. It ranges from mantras to breath work to the most silent of intentions. Nonetheless, communication is communication.
Synchronicity is synchronicity. Through and through.
Yes, meditation is the key to the “correct mind-state for a synchronized life” (Eco-Institute) and will allow for “many great things to happen” in your life. As such, meditation is the way to further connect with the divine realm and thus stay on such a synchronistic path. It is the route to letting go of the darkness and emanating and rekindling with light source energy (quantum field).
Above all, meditation is the greatest resource available to be more aware and open to reoccurring events, which enables you to “identify, correctly interpret, and increase synchronistic events in your life” (Eco-Institute).
Moreover, it is very arguable that synchronicity is a surplus benefit of meditation. And, as with the latter, you learn how not to judge the experience and instead not grow attached to the seemingly coincidental events. Let it happen and journal the magic as it unfolds and upgrades the quality of your life.
So, what is a synchronicity and why meditation enhances it? Only you would flow (pun intended)…
